Leo Diaz is an amazing broker and property manager. He makes the process easy, and he is always a text, call, or email away. I ended up buying the unit I rented, before the lease was up, and I could not be happier! When both parties do their part, everybody is satisfied. I was fortunate enough to choose Orlando PM Realty to manage my property in 2017. I interviewed several management companies most of which were done via telephone or online. Fred Mansfield actually came out and met with me in person, reviewed the property and developed a plan which included a special request which I was asking. I live in Chicago and needed my furniture to be moved to Nashville TN. I found a mover and Fred managed the mover and readied the property for rent simultaneously. He has also shown himself to be a liaison that negotiates on my behalf between neighbors and my tenant and also the HOA. He is very personable, thoughtful, and honest. Grateful for the relationship.
I have nothing but glowing raves for Orlando Realty & Property Management. Fred and his team are always professional, courteous and responsive when needed. They are thorough and very fair with the application process, and paying monthly rent is easy and automatic through their payment portal. If there is ever a problem (ie we've had typical rental home maintenance issues with appliances, dead trees, heater, etc...), this company always immediately makes our problem their priority to address and fix. I highly recommend this company when considering renting, selling or becoming a tenant. Exceptional!

I can honestly say that without a doubt, Ricardo Diaz of Orlando Property Management Realty understood our needs and made us feel at ease, to the point I just that if any issue arrive, I simply said... Ricardo has been our property manager from 2016-2019. Since meeting Ricardo we never thought twice about looking anywhere else. He has always been professional, responsive, upfront and honest. I never had to follow up on any issue. He took care of our property like it was his own. He communicated, very well, any issue that arose no matter what time of day.
